Want to make sure you get your gifts on time?
If you place your order before these dates, we will make sure to get you your gifts in time for Christmas:
19th of December - Denmark
16th of December - Europe
12th of December - Rest of the world
Please note: Does not apply for products in the webshop that has delivery to the curb.

For only a small amount pr. gift we will wrap all your presents for you - just check off "gift wrapping" in the check-out flow when ordering.
Please Note: We do not wrap our furniture and larger products
We want to give you a special something extra this Christmas, so we have made a unique gift bag to wrap your presents. For designs from our LIVING category, we have a Marble gift bag, and for the children, there's a Rose Stick gift bag*. At a small cost per gift, we wrap your presents stylishly in the cotton bags, which can be used over and over again after Christmas.
*Larger products will be wrapped in our usual signature gift wrapping paper.
Exchange & Return of Gifts
As an extra service, we’ve expanded our return policy. All orders placed from November 12th 2018 until December 24th 2018 can be returned until the 7th of January 2019. (To make use of the return right you must give us an explicit notice thereof before 7th of January 2019)
Please follow these few steps upon returning you gifts:
1. Notify us by email email@example.com or to customer support on phone (+45) 70227523, that you want to return something.
2. Send your items and the original packaging back to us within 14 days from your notification.
3. Fill out the return form, and send it along with the items you want to return.
4. The return shipment cost must be paid by you, the customer and is not covered by ferm LIVING.
5. You will receive your refund within 14 days after we receive the notification. However the refund will not be paid before we have received the items at our warehouse or we have received documentation proving the items have been shipped.
6. If the items are not received in their original packaging and in the same condition as you received it a deduction can be made in your refund similar to the decrease of the value of the items.
